The AI Employee | AI Training for Trades Businesses
In-Person Training · Penticton, BC

Your Next Hire
Is AI

A 4-week in-person program that teaches trades teams how to onboard AI into their business. Stop experimenting. Start implementing.

Designed by a former construction company owner who built Canada's first fully automated storage facility.

Starts April 30 & May 1, 2026 4 sessions, 90 min each 10 seats per cohort

AI is everywhere. Except in your business.

Your estimator is still retyping job notes by hand. Your office manager is copying info between three different apps. Your project coordinator is spending half the day on emails that could write themselves. The tools to fix all of this already exist.

Most trades companies are stuck in the same spot. Not because the tools are bad, but because nobody showed them how to actually use them. Meanwhile, the businesses that figure this out first are getting faster, leaner, and harder to compete with.

Treat AI like a new employee, not software.

When you hire someone new, you don't throw them into work on day one without any context. You explain the job. You show them how things work. You give them access to the information they need.

AI is exactly the same. It fails when teams treat it like a search engine. It works when you treat it like a new team member that needs proper onboarding.

This program teaches your team a simple system for onboarding AI into your business. After four sessions, your team will be using AI for real tasks like drafting emails, organizing job notes, summarizing project communication, and turning messy voice notes into structured documentation.

AI Employee Onboarding

Hire Train Communicate Give It a Brain
Session 01

Hire the AI Employee

Understand what AI can and can't do. Learn how to stay in control and build trust with the tools. Walk away with your first practical win.

Session 02

Train the AI Employee

Give AI a role, context, and documents so it produces consistent, useful results. Build your first Custom GPT tailored to your business.

Session 03

Communicate With the AI Employee

Stop typing. Use voice notes, photos, and screenshots. Work with AI the way you already work on job sites and in the office.

Session 04

Give the AI Employee a Brain

Turn your company documents and knowledge into a system AI can reference and build on. Create continuity that lasts beyond a single conversation.

Real tools from day one. Not theory.

Every session ends with something you can put to work in your business immediately. By the end of the program, your team will have a complete AI toolkit built around your actual workflows.

Your first Custom GPT built specifically for your business, trained on your documents and workflows.
A voice-to-documentation workflow that turns job site voice notes into structured reports, emails, and updates.
An AI onboarding playbook your team can reference and build on long after the program ends.
Practical wins from week one. Every session delivers something you can implement the same day.

Think about the math. If AI saves your team just 5 hours a week at $100/hr, that's $500/week back in your pocket. The Individual Seat pays for itself in under two weeks. The Team Pack pays for itself in four.

Built for trades businesses. Not tech companies.

Common questions

Do I need to be technical?
No. This program is designed for non-technical teams. If you can send an email, you can do this.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop or tablet. We handle everything else.
Is this just ChatGPT training?
No. This is a system for onboarding AI into your business. Tools like ChatGPT and Gemini are part of it, but the focus is on practical workflows your team can use immediately.
Why should my team attend together?
Teams that learn AI together adopt it faster. When everyone shares the same framework, implementation actually sticks. That's why most companies send two to three people.
What if I miss a session?
We record every session. If you can't make it, you'll receive the recording so you can catch up before the next one.
Can I switch between the Thursday and Friday cohorts?
No. You'll need to commit to one cohort for all four sessions. Pick the day that works best for your schedule at registration.
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before your first session. After that, no refunds are issued because your seat could have been sold to someone else.
What is the company workshop?
A private session for your entire team. Same system, delivered in your environment, customized to your specific workflows. $5,500 per company.
