A Few Things I've Built

Barefoot Beach Resort

Penticton's lakefront entrance wasn't living up to its potential. Changing that meant navigating five levels of government and bringing several different businesses together on one property. The result was Barefoot Beach Resort, an 11-acre destination on Skaha Lake with 11 businesses operating under one vision.

My Storage Spot

When I built My Storage Spot, the operating model I wanted didn't exist. I wasn't interested in creating a business that depended on someone sitting behind a desk all day, so I built the systems to run it without one. The result was Canada's first fully automated self-storage facility, taken from raw land to cash flow in 90 days with no full-time staff.

Blu Technologies

After dealing with the same lock and access problems repeatedly, it became clear the existing products weren't going to solve them. So we built BluLok. It has now completed more than 1.2 million test cycles without a lock failure and is approaching commercial deployment.
